Before he launched his own practice in 2012, Václav spent almost a decade in senior positions within the world of Big Law.
He provides comprehensive advisory services, with a particular focus on commercial law (business contracts, disputes, acquisitions, corporate governance), joint ventures, and IP/IT law. He also has ample experience in competition law. Václav’s law studies took him also to Germany and England.
Václav is a tea lover and an abstaining whisky connoisseur.

Throughout his professional career, for more than 20 years, Honza’s commercial-law practice has been complemented by his passion for family law, and for finding solutions to both common and uncommon personal challenges which anyone of us may at some point in their lives encounter. Honza’s natural approach is to listen to his clients, as he takes a sincere interest in their worldview and their values. In his work, Honza is firmly committed to almost brutal candor and openness, seeking to lay out all options before his clients and agree on a viable strategy with them.
Honza loves mountain hikes, and in fact walking in general. When he is not asleep, he is out and about, so to speak.
